With more than 30 years of Fortune 500 global supply chain experience in the medical device and consumer products industries, Keith has demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective supply chain operational strategies, driving end-to-end business process improvement, collaborating externally with strategic channel partners and customers, operationally integrating mergers and acquisitions, and leading change management communications.
Keith also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland, promoting marketplace trust.
Prior to founding Supply Chain OpEx Consulting, Keith served as Director of Global Supply and Distribution for BD’s $1B+ Diagnostic Systems business unit, where he introduced Business Process improvement methodologies including Lean Enterprise and Transactional Six Sigma, and successfully implemented SAP IM/WM.
Functions he has led over the course of his career include Contracts Management, Customer Service, Demand and Supply Planning, International Distribution, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations & Planning, Supply Chain Channel Partner Relationship Management, Global Transportation, and Warehousing Operations.
Keith’s previous experience in consumer products while with Eastman Kodak included senior-level leadership roles at major Distribution Center operations in New York, Colorado, and Singapore.
In May 2022, he received a Master of Science with Honors from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics. He has a BS with Distinction in Applied Economics from Cornell University, and has held several professional certifications including the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as Certified Manager Quality/ Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
